We are a full service, general practice law firm serving the needs of families and individuals in Virginia.  Our goal is to help you make the best decisions possible given the circumstances on an affordable and timely basis.  David Morgan has been an attorney for nearly twenty years and has a broad experience base to assist you in your case.  He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude, and served in a variety of positions in the United States Navy JAG Corps including assignments overseas and at the United States Department of Justice.

We decided to serve only individuals, families, and small business for a reason.  Large companies have always had access to big, silk-stocking law firms who are masters at driving up bills and swamping their opponents with paper.  Individuals are usually left out in the cold in favor of these clients.  We choose to deal solely with these people.  Our billing is flexible, we take MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
